A Denver native, Mitchell Right has been involved in the Colorado real estate development industry for the past three decades. He owns Right Construction, a company that operates by the motto “Your custom home built right.” The firm’s range of services extends beyond new home construction to include remodeling, project management, personalized architecture and interior design consulting, and commercial and residential tenant finish-work. In undertaking construction project management, Mitchell Right’s company provides investors and property owners with the assurance of dedicated oversight of all aspects of building. His firm has received testimonials from satisfied clients who have contracted specific services such as roof replacement and deck rebuilding.
Mitchell Right first entered the real estate development profession in 1975. He served as co-owner of The Mitcharles Corporation for 17 years, undertaking multiple-unit townhome construction and sales projects throughout the Denver area. His company also completed custom homes on Cherry Hills Drive and Alameda Avenue. Establishing The Mitchell E. Right Company Inc. in 1991, he continued to oversee Denver property purchases, construction, and sales throughout the 1990s. In 2000, his firm notably built two Humboldt Street townhomes, one of which sold for $2.3 million. In the past decade, Mitchell Right has diversified his real estate interests to include the development of retail shopping centers. Successful projects include two 15,000-square-foot commercial properties in Parker, Colorado, and the 20,000-square-foot Village at Lafayette. He has also realized successful investment projects in Florida, renovating a luxury Palm Beach, Florida, condominium that sold for $4.7 million.
Actively engaged with the Denver community, Right’s work with Temple Emmanuel in 2009 earned him “Volunteer of the Year” recognition. He has been listed in the Denver Social Register and Record since 1996 and has actively participated in the Denver Rotary Club and the OneDay care center. The latter organization offers Denver children living with HIV/AIDS personalized care options. An avid traveler, Mitchell Right enjoys hiking and playing tennis in his free time.
